Edit webm general or metadata?

DOPUS shows a "Genere" column and MP4 allows metadata to be listed there.
webm does not allow "Properties> Details" to be edited.
MP4 are larger file sizes and I'd like to use webm.
is there an app to add metadata to webm?

ExifTool will fulfill all your tagging needs (see Matroska section). If you want to wrangle the videos a bit, try MKVToolNix. Both tools play well with Opus.
