FWIW, just a minor thing: whilst copying many files (100+ GB) to an empty, just formatted, NTFS drive, Opus sometimes shows an empty error pop-up. The copy-process continues though, so, no problem.
Logs > Other Logs does not show anything special. Selected a number of folders and then copy,

That will happen if you click the "Unattended operation" option.

It opens to let you set how you want to handle errors. You can close it again.
