I suddenly got this message "English Language Pack Not Found" and Dopus will not start -v12. I did a search and found some reference to a similar issue from 2014 on v10 and tried that sequence. I tried to reinstall over the program using a fresh download and it did not work. I uninstalled and re-installed and it still got the same result. I uninstalled with Revo Uninstaller and removed all registry entries related to the program and then re-downloaded the program and it still did not work - multiple reboots in between all these actions. HELP !
If reinstalling doesn't help, even after a reboot, then It's probably your antivirus blocking or deleting the language\english.dll file without telling you. Have your tried disabling it?
n.b. Using custom "uninstaller" tools is more likely to cause a problem than to solve one, in our experience.
Hi. I have just come across your post about the 'English Language Pack cannot be found'. Did you ever get a resolution - if so what did you do? I have the same issue as you.
