I've been getting this error sometimes when I go into Thumbnail view:

The error (0xC0000005) occurred in thread 0x91C at address 0x00007FFFFB99349D.

Please help! I can't use this program anymore because it keeps crashing.

If you started seeing the problem after the recent Windows updates, it's probably caused by a Windows component involved in MP4/MOV files which now seems to be crashing.

Thank you for this. I've disabled the "Generate Thumbnails" option under the "Movies" plug-in and that seems to be a good workaround. Thanks again for the help!
