I updated DO today and received this error message. I did as suggested, uninstalled DO, reboot, reinstall DO, reboot and still getting this error message after doing so twice. I am on windows10 64 bit sys. Help?? I cannot open DO at all. see pic below of screenshot.
Please try renaming C:\Program Files\GPSoftware to something else, then running the installer again.
You may also want to check the installer was fully downloaded, by checking its digital signature.
Disabling your anti-virus scanner may also help, in case it is blocking the updated DLL from being written because it is a new file it hasn't seen before or something.
