The error coming from Windows is (in English) "the request is not supported".
That suggests you've tried to do something that isn't possible. e.g. Trying to create a hardlink between folders on a drive that isn't NTFS. Or trying to create hardlinks between different drives or partitions (softlinks will work instead in the second case).
This is not specific to Opus; it's how Windows works.
