Hello I have been trialling Directory Opus before I purchase it and have a query regarding the expansion and collapse of branch folders
Can I get the previously clicked folder which has expanded to show what’s in it to collapse when I click on another folder, eg not show what’s in both folders

If we can somehow have the lister refresh first when one clicks the expansion arrow that may get the result you're looking for. I don't think it can be done in this way yet.
You could make this post a feature request for a preferences option that causes this effect.
I could be wrong. There may still be a solution I haven't thought of.
Directory Opus is well known to seriously consider and implement feature requests from users if they make sense to the developers.

Put this button a toolbar:
Invert State of Two Selected Folders.dcf (488 Bytes)
Exactly two folders must be selected or the button will be grayed out.
