Expansion arrows on toolbars expand automatically when an item is clicked and dragged onto them

I would like to make a feature request for DO13 that expansion arrows on toolbars open up/expand automatically when an item is clicked and dragged to them. The click and drag would continue until the item is dropped on something in the toolbar. Thanks.
