Recently it stopped working. I tried toggling it, but that didn't fix it. Now Windows Key-E opens the Windows default explorer. I'm running Opus 13.5 on the following WIndows sytem.

Make sure no Compatibility settings are turned on for dopus.exe or dopusrt.exe:
Also make sure they aren't running as Administrator (UAC elevated):

I updated to 13.6 and didn't do anything else, and Win-E works again
