'Express' V13 ready icon set

Express

Put together this iconset for DO13,
IT IS NOT A DUAL MODE ICONSET (need dual iconset maker @Leo)
saying that it will work on any background because the icons have a background (which is 85% opaque). It was made using awesome Iconset Maker v2 (scaled)
Put it at the top of the iconset list to replace all DO13 icons automatically.

If you mean light and dark mode, it's just some extra coordinates in the XML for each icon. No more complex than making a normal icon set.
