Hi...
Just a minor issue... When I (incorrectly) disconnect an external USB device by pulling the plug, I get the message "The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected."
This is fine however the same message appears 4 times! (and is a bit of a nuisance to have to close the pop-up repeatedly...)
I had the same issue in Opus 12 (and probably in earlier versions as well I guess)
Any options?

I use this button to quickly access eject drives, not doing the stuff all the way as it suppose to (in win 11):
%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll
I keep it in the lower right, next to clock.
I've also disabled the folder tree panel from my view and I keep a custom access panel - I suppose you get a popup because you have the drives in view.
The message comes from Windows, not Opus. It has nothing to do with us.
Windows 11 always shows ALL drives
Opus usually you have to plug and unplug external USB drive to see it
So I update to 13 now it never see the USB drive!
Something may be blocking the drive insert notification from reaching Opus. That might be due to Opus being run elevated, or antivirus blocking it, or the drivers for the device not sending the message properly.
(File Explorer does some extra checks to detect such devices if it's displaying This PC, but if it does it generates a broadcast to make other software see them, which usually tells you if the device/drivers are the issue.)
