Extra expand button width in the List view

I don't know if this is a bug or a choice. However, I would like
"Preferences / File Displays / Folder Expansion / Extra expand button width"
to work in the list view as well, and not just in the Details view.

I second this. When I read about this update in New Releases I thought that It would work in List View. I spent 15 minutes trying to make it work, until I realised that it actually worked, but not in List View, which is the view type I use the most.
