Version: Directory Opus 13.21, 64bit, Windows 10
Location: Prefs -> Viewer -> Standalone Viewer -> Options -> Viewer title bar

When look at the new Viewer version, my first hope was the View -> Status Bar could be integrated into the viewer's title bar somehow. Then I noted via the above Prefs link, that you can recreate most the the Status Bar in Viewer title bar using the options under "Custom title:"
Here is what I ended up with mimicking the Status Bar:
%!%E %!%N | %I/%O | %!%M | %! %S | %! %C | %!%! %L | %! -
Feature suggestions:
-
Add a "%Z" "token" that adds the Zoom state/level as a percentage, e.g. "50%".
-
Add a "%G" "token" that adds the currently shown Gamma Correction level, e.g. "1.0".
-
Add a "%A" "token"... the "Activation" (Processing) time required to show the images in seconds,
e.g. "0.02 sec". [Whatever the time the Status Bar shows by default.]

Might be nifty to slightly expand the functionality under Custom title:.
