Is there a collection of toolbars somewhere? One I would like is a 'favorites'
How about the Favourites button on the standard Toolbar?

No, I mean a toolbar with my favorite folders on it so I cn get to them in a single click

Looks like you don't really understand how toolbars and buttons work. The standard Favorites menu is just a toolbar button which you can move anywhere, even onto your own toolbar.
Work through some of the tutorials available here to learn more.
well, aussieboykie is right, you have everything you need in the favorites menu.
I could post a toolbar with it, but you would have them in french.
What you have to do is to create a new toolbar, then in customize mode, you can copy the "Favorites" and (or) "Smart Favorites" from the menu to the new toolbar. Or you can search in the commands tab of the customize window to drag the correct commands to your toolbar.
