Regarding the favorites list, is it possible to reorder the favorites in such a way as to not have folders sort above items, to hide the "&" in accel keys not in the first character, and to bind alt-pageup to a hotkey for favorites?

Sorting
I think sub-folders always appear above the other items in the favorites list. You could file a feature request if you want that to be optional. (I remember when Firefox mixed folders and items together in its favorites list and it drove me crazy but to each their own!)
& underlines
I think the way the & character shows up if it's not the first character of the Favorites item's name is a bug and it's on the list to be fixed.
alt-pageup
What do you want it to do? Go to a particular location or to open up the favorites list?
Just open the favorites list. Assigning the shortcut doesnt seem to work.

I think there are only two ways to make a hotkey which opens a (sub-)menu:
[ol][li]Using the & symbol to make alt keys. That's done already, by default, so that Alt-a opens the F&avorites menu. Doesn't work with Alt-PageUp, though.[/li]
[li]Creating a button or standalone hotkey which runs a command that opens a pop-up toolbar. This would allow you to use Alt-PageUp, but you'd have to create a special toolbar, with the favourites list in it, to open when the key is pressed. You'd also find the toolbar doesn't close after selecting a favourite and would have to give it a close button or press the hotkey again to close it. So probably not great but if you want to give it a try and aren't show how, ask.[/li][/ol]
Okay.. good enough. Thanks for your response!
