I'm working a lot with HDV video files now, which are in MPEG2 transport stream format (*.m2t). It would be great if Dopus could display thumbnails of these files.

Do you get thumbnails for them in Explorer? If there's already a codec generating thumbnails for them then that means less work needs to be done.
No. In fact nor for regular old MPEG files. So I guess this would be a toughie.
Got the latest Windows Media Player? You should at least get MPEG thumbs in Explorer for free. I'm not sure exactly what is required to get them but I haven't installed many things, just kept WMP up-to-date and installed the FFDShow codec.
Yes, I've got WMP11. Actually .mpg thumbnails are not at all important to me but .m2t thumbnails would be very useful indeed.
If you work out why .mpg thumbs don't appear in Explorer it might also give you .m2t thumbnails in Explorer and Opus.
