File Collections Tree Link Cannot Be Removed

Hello, great software, thank you.

I'm not sure if I have found a bug or not. I am configuring the folder tree menu for how I want it to look. If you go to the toolbar and select "File Collections", it appears in the tree menu. But you cannot remove it. If you go into the favourites settings and "Folder Tree > Contents", "File Collections" is not checked at this point. Checking and unchecking makes no difference.

I have enclosed some images to explain what I mean. Hopefully this can be fixed. Assuming it really is a bug, it might be a setting somewhere else.

The tree will temporarily add the folder in order to synchronize with the file display, but it will be removed again if you navigate somewhere else.

Thanks for the reply Jon. Well, that seems partly right, if I click a library link it does indeed disappear, but any other favourites folder and it doesn't.
