File/folder chaos after efi/mbr/bcd partition rebuild

ok I slipped up and messed up, accidently deleting the EFI partition but being able to rebuild the MBR etc, so the C: drive is functional again BUT now my Dopus structure to get to my files/folders is broken - I have four HD and most of the data is on two big HD - realizing that a lot of reparse points/links [hard and soft] were complicating everything I deleted all those on all files [with no data loss] with the help of AI constructed bat files and cmds and will have to rebuild the system in order to manage it with DOPUS. Over the years for instance diffrent windows installs have created desktop/download and user areas which contribute to this chaos. how do I go about organizing everything again that I can see and manage all the 4 HD as a unit - your help will be appreciated.
regards
gabriel

Wow, you're not afraid to venture in danger zones  : relying on AI to mess around with links and junctions on a system drive (knowing how much of these can be in the profile and AppData parts) ...

Apart from that, I don't really understand how much your question is related to Opus / what kind of help you're expecting : you're talking about rebuilding a "structure" we know nothing about.
Could you be a little more specific about what you're trying to achieve ?
What do you mean by wanting to manage 4 HD as a unit ?

Just in Opus, or in every program that shows folders?

Opus should show the same thing as File Explorer and everything else.

This doesn’t sound like a question about Opus, but about how to fix your Windows install after it was messed up by following advice from an AI.

thanks folks -

  • the AI bat was just run on the non-system disk, so all should be fine on c:
  • indeed, the question lies deeper than Opus; the latter just being the program of choice to manage files and folders
  • as I now note most of the files and data going back more than 20 years is a- redundant and b- duplicates, the chaos I witness is self-created and this is a unique opportunity to clean out the cobwebs; I'll play some good mp3s whilst sorting out the stuff, not unlike spring cleaning.
I would also like to make use of this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful and peace-filled time ahead
    God bless
