If you can view .ptg files in Internet Explorer then you may be able to view them in Opus by adding the extension to the ActiveX Document plugin.
If not then someone would have to write a dedicated plugin for that format, which requires a library/API for viewing the images (preferably) or a description of the image file format (a lot more work).
Thanks for the reply where can i get the ActiveX Document plugin from please
It's installed with Opus. You just have to enable it.
Go to Settings > Viewer Plug-ins > ActiveX
You want to enable it first. Then, configure it as Nudel suggests above.
But it's only worth trying if you can view the images in Internet Explorer. If not then there isn't an ActiveX control for viewing the format on your machine, so the ActiveX Document plugin won't be able to view the format.
Thanks for the help after i posted my last post i was playing aroundand clicked a few things in the lister settings and got it to work.
So it works in the ActiveX Document plugin? Cool.
