Files don't show up on Desktop, that do in DO explorer

I just installed DO, but there is something strange going on:

There are files that I know are on my desktop (I can see them in DO explorer), but they don't show up on my desktop.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong here?

Win 7 x64.

Please post a couple of screenshots, one of Explorer and one of Opus. That should make it easier to see what is different.

Hmm, strange. After some fiddling (renaming a few files, and then setting icons on desktop to "Auto arrange icons") it seems to be fine now. I can see the same files and folders on the desktop and in Opus.

If it happens again I'll make a screenshot,
