Is it possible to filter by label from the quick filter bar (when you press the * key)? I’d like to filter my files using label filters and normal labels.
Also does the advanced find panel work with label filters? I could only get it to work with normal labels?
I’ve just discovered the filters setting under preferences, something I’ve never noticed before. What’s the benefit of using these “normal” filters over a label filter? It appears normal and label filters can both filter using the same criteria so the only difference is one can have a label and the other can’t?
Why not just have label filters and make them accessible in all the places normal filters are currently accessible from?

Find/Advance should work with label filters from 12.0.5 onward.

I’m running 12.0.9 and find->advanced isn’t finding my label filters.
If I search for a normal label like “blue” it picks them up, but if I use a label filter like “mark recently modified files” it doesn’t find them even though I can see some of the files highlighted with this label in the current folder I’m searching in.
It's because of the brackets in the label name. The label field was given wildcard support in a recent beta, and the brackets are wildcard characters which need escaping by putting a ' before them.
We'll make it so the drop-down menu automatically inserts the escape characters if they're needed for a label name selected via the menu.
Let's suppose the filter is called Fantasy and i have to search only in D:\Video\Film
I ask because i don't know if i have to use " " and i have to test also the sourcepath. Meanwhile i'm tryng
I see that i don't have FILTER NAME but only FILTER so i added manually.
Edit..wow ok i did it with first try.
But searching i get some columns i don't want (attr, type)
