Hello, tell me please why I can’t appropriate the filter to the file “2 hours aren’t more senior”, in the reference there is such opportunity, in the program it is impossible.
Thanks.
Could you show us a screenshot of what you have tried?
Please and also include some files you think should be matched by the filter but aren't.
Thank you for answering. I need the files and folders that were lost not later than 2 hours to be displayed in blue. I know there must be another menu that allows you to put this filter, but for some reason I don't have it(
You've made a wildcard label there.
Cancel that, and create a filter label.
It looks like you're also using Opus 11 rather than 12 there, so please link your forum account to help us know which version you're using.
My account is tied up, I'm sorry I don't understand what you're talking about, what is a wildcard? and how to create a filter? I don't have a filter icon, a question mark instead.
Can I upgrade my license to version 12?
You need to do two things, First create a File and Folder Label, this will define how you want it to look. Then create a Label Assignment, this will define what files to assign it to. I think you want modified within 2 hours.
I think in Dopus 11, you could only apply one label to a file. This is not the case in version 12.
Upgrading can be done via here Upgrade Quotation
Thank you, for the answer, the problem is, I can't get to the menu you sent. I don't have it(. I don't see where you can tap to bring up that window.
Edited as i miss read your post.
This might be a DOpus 12 Light thing. @Leo will know.
Это окно справки. У меня в программе такого нет. Справа окно справки, слева окно установленной программы.
English translate via google: This is a help window. I have no such program. On the right is the help window, on the left is the window of the installed program.
Yep I see, sorry i misread your last post. Was using my phone.
I suspect this feature might only be available in Dopus 12 Pro, you are using Dopus 12 Light. @leo will be able to confirm.
I cry(((
Anyway, thanks for helping me figure this out.
