Filtering files based on folder name?

Next newbie question ...

I'm synchronising a local folder with one on an FTP site, as described in my other post.

The (local) folder structure is:

My Pictures
--dir1
----file1
----file2
--dir2
----file3
----file4

etc.

There are some folders I don't wish to back up. I can define a filter to match the folder name, but can't figure out how to get the filter to exclude the files in the folders that the filter matches.

Any suggestions?

Doh!

I've now re-read the manual and spotted the Location field; this has allowed me to do what I want.
