Filters (if modified) are still modified even after re-starting Opus

I have noticed what I believe to be new behavior with Find Filters:
In the past, if I modified a filter, then closed and re-opened the Utility pane or closed an re-opened Opus, the filter would have reverted back to its 'saved' state.
Now if I modify a filter, then close and re-open the Utility pane or close an re-opened Opus, the filter is still in its modified state.
I don't like this because I might not notice the filter was modified might use it and cause an error.

I may be wrong but I don't think it has ever automatically re-loaded those from disk. It always preserves the state the panel was last in, including any edits made to the filters. (Could be quite bad if it didn't and you made a complex filter but didn't remember to save it, then need it again.)

What may have changed recently is that it now correctly says "* modified" on re-open when it didn't previously, but the content of the filter itself (including any edits made to it) has always been preserved unless you explicitly reload the filter.

(AFAIK, the "* modified" change only affected the Image Converter, in 13.7.5; I think the Find panel already worked that way.)

Well, I may be wrong, but I do think it used to revert to the saved filter because I took comfort in that - I found it reassuring!
I suppose I'll just have to be careful!
