I have noticed that if these commands are used in conjunction with QUERYENGINE=everythingglobal/everything
, they are completely ignored. However, using IN
for example, does affect the result. Is this by design or is it a bug in the FIND command?
AFAIK Everything doesn't support those things (or, at least, Opus doesn't support telling Everything to use them, even if it does support them).
I had completely forgotten about this. I discovered it recently (the first time I consulted the manual I don't remember if they were documented?) that QUERYENGINE
does indeed have additional options like CASE,ANYWORD;DIACRITICS
,etc and they do work with EVERYTHING
or EVERYTHINGGLOBAL
, in case that info is of use to anyone else.
