Find Duplicates tag new files for deletion

When running "Find duplicate" files with MD5 checksum selected, I would like only files with newer dates be selected for deletion.
Most of the times, such files are having close to the same filename, but added: (1) or (2), or copy and are marked for deletion.
Admittedly this is correct in most cases.

That is not always the case though, having quite some files with (1) or (2) being older than the ones without them.

Is there a way to configure which files should be tagged ?

It tags files for deletion based on the sort-order, so sort by modified time and it'll tag the newest/oldest files in each group (depending on which way around you sort).
