This is about the advanced mode of the Find tool. There's a nice section with Filters that can be saved, edited etc.
Would it be possible for the selected folder(s) ("Find in" section) to be optionally included in those Filters? It'd help save a lot of time, especially with multiple folder selections.
Being able to save the whole panel setup as a preset is something we have planned for the future. (Separate to filters.)
At the moment, you can create buttons/hotkeys/menus which run something like this:
Find NOAUTORUN ADVANCED FILTER NAME="MyFilter" IN "C:\Folder1" "C:\Folder2"
The NOAUTORUN means it will open the Find panel with those settings instead of executing the Find immediately.
