Finding Image Files With Empty Tags

I'm trying to search for image files with empty and/or null Tags.
I've read various past posts and see it was possible back in version 11.5, but I don't see how to do it anymore (v12.11 pro).

Example: How to search certain files/folders without 'tags'?
says:
tags=>not equals=>*
but I don't see how to use that in the current manifestation of the Find panel.

I'm using the Advanced Find pane, and I suppose I could figure out a RegEx to do it, but that seems like it might be a bit resource intensive when searching many thousands of images.

You are not confusing file tags with picture properties, right?
