Folder are still show with sync status

After disabling/stopping sync for a folder (OneDrive) the folder still appears as being synced. In the screen shot Explorer on the rhs show the current situation Directory Opus show a past state and was closed and opened a couple of times.

Explorer seems to be showing the sync is still happening, which doesn't seem right either if it was cancelled?

Sorry that wasn't entirely clear. The top folders are indeed still synced with OneDrive but the bottom three were removed from sync as is reflected in Explorer. In Directory Opus they are still reported as being synced. As I'm cleaning up I don''t want to delete folders and have these deletes will be propagated to OneDrive.
But I do agree this a kind of fringe situation. Not sure if OneDrive signals these kind of things to the world.

The states come from OneDrive so it must be misreporting them to other software for this to happen.

True as that may be. Explorer does find it out.

Unfortunately, Microsoft have their own private APIs for talking to OneDrive.

I often encounter this problem when using onedrive. Dopus cannot correctly display the synchronization status. I hope I can directly borrow the relevant interfaces in the resource manager to optimize this experience
