Folder content detection not working somehow

Hello everybody,

I just downloaded the evaluation version of directory opus and played around with the settings right away.

Now the folder content detection is somehow now working as it is not detecting any folder content

Preferences > Folders > Options > Enable Folder Content Type detection is set to all network and fixed drives
Folders > Folder Formats > Content Type Formats > Images, Movies etc. Content threshould is set to 5%
Settings > File Types > File Type Groups > Images added some RAW formats

Now if I click on some folder with Image content - the content type is still set to "None". Manually I can change it to whatever I want. I can click on any folder - containing solely MP3s or Images, the content type does not change.

What am i doing wrong?

Thank you
Dennis

Are your images in a folder which has an explicit format set? (Or in the subdirectory of such a folder, whose format has the "apply to subfolders" option turned on?)

If so the explicit format will override any Content Type format.

See the Folder Formats FAQ linked in my signature for more details.
