Folder Format for MTP root?

Which FF is used here? Lister says it uses "Portable Devices" FF but this statement is not true:

I've checked every other FF as well, but could not find anything.

Fixed MTP device roots incorrectly using the Portable Devices List folder format instead of the Portable Devices format.

Something is still wrong:

And besides the fact "User Default Format" is used instead of "Portable Devices", it also has incorrect columns itself. This is what my real "User Default Format" looks like:

There still seems to be an issue with the folder format shown in the “Info” icon. I created a path format for mtp://MYCAM and it is applied correctly, but this is shown in the info icon:

The format of my path format is clearly applied, so (only) “Portables Devices” seems to be incorrect.

Update: it seems to work correctly when the saved folder format path doesn’t point to mtp://MYCAM/ (i.e., the MTP devices’s root path) but instead to a subfolder like mtp://MYCAM/SD/DCIM.
