Since I use Dopus11 Beta It looks like the settings of "Folder Formats/System Folders/Computer" are not applied on my Computer.

Is this a bug or are there other settings that can interfere with the look of "Computer"-folder ?
I use the international Beta on a german Win7 Pro 64Bit.
It seems to be working here.
If you've opened a layout or style, or have the folder format lock turned on, then the format could be overridden.
BTW, the top dialog in your screenshot looks wrong, with things like the list header missing, maybe due to the theme or theming software breaking something? It should look like this:
