How do I add the folder name into the beginning of the file name?
Example:
folder name is AB217161
file within that folder is adjudication-package.pdf
I want the file name to be AB217161 adjudication-package.pdf
I have done this before on the older version, and had the preset saved, but i lost my presets when i went to the new version.

Renaming from * to {parent1} * will do that. (Change the mode to Standard Wildcard Rename first. You don't need regular expressions for this.)
The menu/arrow on the right of the New Name field has a list of things you can insert into the new name, including the parent folder and lots of other details.
(Presets shouldn't be lost when updating, as long as the new version is installed over the old and there wasn't a huge gap in versions.)
