Folder Options & FileType

I have 2 questions:

1)I tried the command 'FileType NEW=.txt' with the latest beta seems to me that does not work.(the file is not created)

2)In the 'Folder Options dialog' when i tried use 'Save -->For This Folder + Layouts & Folder Tabs' the folder, present in the other 'tab groups' are not update with the new format.
But should upgrade the format even if the folder is present in different tab groups?

It works okay here.

Does the New -> Text Document menu item work for you?

If not, does it work in Explorer?

Even if you close & re-open the window or tabs?

Saving the format has no effect on open windows, only on saved settings.

Yes in explorer and in opus all item in the 'FileType NEWMENU' work.
Only command 'FileType NEW=.txt' don't work...i tried other extensions but no file is created

The Format of the folder saved in the tab groups are not updated.

In Preferences ->Folders->Path Formats->FolderName the format is saved
but
In Preferences->Foldes Tabs->Tabs Group->NameOfTheGroup
(In the Tabs) I click on the same folder ->Edit Format and the format is the old one

Another thing If i open
Preferences ->Folders->Path Formats-> and click Edit on a folder (without closing the window)
I go in the 'Folder Options' and click Save-> For this folder
Dopus crashes
