Folder Sizes does not calculate automatically

I updated from 12.6 to 12.10 today and folder sizes does not get calculate automatically anymore. They get calculated only if I hover my mouse over them.

To be sure I went into Settings-Preferences-Folder Behaviour
Calculate folder sizes automatically for local drives only is checked.

never mind, now it is working.

Loaded a saved tabs group and now it works

Folder formats can override the global setting, which may have been what was happening.
