Folder Tab Display Rule Script

Folder Samples:
D:\Images\A
D:\Images\B
D:\Images\C\

You get the idea. Now there are many folders inside A, B\ C\ as well. The folder tab always shows the current folder name.

Is there a way that irrespective of what sub folder I'm in the Folder tab should just show A or B or C.

Any help much appretiated.
