Hello.
I have a folder with a high number of subfolders.
Is there any way for me to highlight a subfolder on the right side and make DO automatically select it in the folder tree view?
Currently it is selected only when I browse a subfolder.
If I want to delete a subfolder from the folder tree, the view is reset back to the root folder instead of going one subfolder up. How do I set it up?
With recent versions, if you delete the folder you are in and the folder tree is open and expanded, it should move you into one of the sibling folders, not up to the parent or root:
If the tree is not open, it'll move you up one level to the parent.
If you're being taken all the way to the root, something unusual is happening.
Does that happen even on the local C drive?
Have you changed your folder tree settings at all?
It happens on the C drive as well.
As in your screenshot, when I delete a folder D I would expect the view to change to either C or E but not all the way up to the root.
I either delete to the Recycle Bin or delete permanently (shift+delete).
Nothing there stands out. If you're using 11.16 then I don't know of any reason why it would be behaving differently, sorry. (Assuming no scripts have been installed. With scripts, anything is possible.)
