Folder Tree Backup Restore

The Folder Tree doesn't restore correctly upon loading a backup into a clean installation. Its settings are correct under Folder Tree > Contents, but it does show folders that are unchecked and supposed to be hidden, until the settings are saved again.

For example:

  1. Only have Desktop (possibly with things like Folders and the Recycle Bin) checked;
  2. Save Config;
  3. Reset Opus to factory default;
  4. Load the Config;
  5. Home, Favorites, Desktop, File Collections, Libraries and all show in the Folder Tree, but are still unchecked in the Preferences.

This seems to only happen with a clean installation.

Edit: refreshing (e.g. closing and re-opening) Opus refreshes the Folder Tree too. It's only that the backup instantly restores everything but that.
