FOLDERCONTENT broken V13.14.6

Using something like
GO "D:\x\" FOLDERCONTENT=nofiles,embeddedcmddirs,"dirfilter=(Photographs|Photographs Processed)"
and similar in a lot of FOLDERCONTENT menus all of them are now broken and showing items not in the dirfilter

might be something to do with V13.14.3

Added "includestart" keyword for Go FOLDERCONTENT. Makes the generated content list begin at the specified folder rather than starting with its contents.
