Force menu item height?

Hi all,

when adding an external application to a DOpus menu, the menu item automatically includes the application's icon, which is great. However, more often than not those icons are smaller than the DOpus standard, which leads to irregular line heights. Here, the first 3 are default sized, the others aren't:

Is there a way to force an icon size or menu item height - other than extracting and resizing each icon?

There isn't any way to force items to be taller than their font/icon height, but you could use these icons on the menu to make the Opus icons the same (smaller) size:
