Forum dopus beta downlown link wrong

the lastest beta is 13.23.4 beta ,but in other beta download page such as
13.23.2 beta release page ,

if click "Download manually" , it will download 13.23.4 rather than 13.23.2.
because download link is fixed,
it is convenient for forum manager, but inconvenient for user

Any version can be downloaded following this scheme:

We don't keep all the betas online indefinitely but it will work if they're still there :slight_smile:
