Hello, I have version Opus 11.5 64, Build 5298
Long time I have problem with frozen Opus. Everyday was happen. Specialy when remove USB stick or open network. After, I need to make ctrl-delete and force close apps and after waite some time and open again.
Something its wrong. I find procces: COM Surrogate and force close, after Opus start to work again. What can be please?
If you turn on Task Manager's command line column, what does it show for that COM Surrogate process?
Please what is " turn on Task Manager's command line column" ?
How I can make this? Now I look in task mennager and there is not for now COM Surrogate process. I will waite ti Opus make again frozen so just need to know how I can make " turn on Task Manager's command line column"

[li]Click the Processes tab.[/li]
[li]Click View / Select Columns in the menus.[/li]
[li]Tick the Command Line checkbox, near the bottom of the list.[/li]
[li]Click OK.[/li][/ul]
After doing that, the Processes tab will have a Command Line column on the right.

An when end this process, all its working fine afetr. Regrads
That seems to be yet another major bug in an Acronis True Image shell extension.

Hello Leo, yes true. Acronis True Image its full of bug, so I uninstall, and Opus now working fine.
