FTP client cannot CWD or uploads into unicode named LONG_PATH sub-directories

Hello,

I am testing uploading or CWD (change directory) into unicode named LONG_PATH sub-directories but seems failed to do so in latest current directory opus beta 13.24.7 beta, here the sample name :

MaxPathTest-๏ แผ่นดินฮั่นเสื่อมโทรมแสนสังเวช/nested-๏0000-แผ่นดินฮั่นเสื่อมโทรมแสนสังเวชAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
