FTP connection

I just added Advanced FTP to my licence. I received the payment notification and my account shows Advanced FTP as activated. But when I try to connect to a FTP server using Secure SFTP vis SSH, I receive a message telling me that I have to purchase Advanced FTP to be able to use it.

I've closed Opus, terminated the task from task manager and tested 2,3 times. Still the same result. I'm receiving the same message.

How long does it take to be able to use advanced FTP after adding to a license?
Do I have to install a new licence? If yes, how long do I have to wait for the new licence?

You should have a new licence/certificate file in the email. If not, you can download it from your account page.

That needs to be installed via Help > Licence Manager in Opus to add the new capability.

I haven't received the new certificate in my inbox.
Downloaded and now it's OK.
