FTP not copying files but connection is fine!

HI there.
Since the last upgrade I haven't been able to copy any files from FTP.
I can connect fine and transverse the folder structures with no lag, but as soon as I want to copy something across it just doesn't want to do it.
I get the" Establishing data connection" box with the Abort button which I have to use in the end.

All other FTP clients work fine but I have always used Opus for my FTP transfers.

I have allowed Opus in firewall and even disabled AVAST.

Please advice...

What does the FTP log say? (You can open it via an option in the FTP menu. It's also in the Help menu, under Logs.)
