FTP remote-folder unicode-name crumbs displayed incorrectly

Create a directory called "TEST✤TEST©" or something like that, on the local filing system, and also a similar directory on a remote filesystem via FTP.
Actual Result: Directory names are displayed correctly inside the lister, and the local directory name is displayed correctly as a "crumb"; yet the remote folder — when you navigate inside it — has its name displayed incorrectly in the crumbs. (It's as though it's being decoded as an ASCII string or something, like this: "TEST✤TEST©", after momentarily being displayed correctly.) If you click on the faulty crumb, you get this error message:
"Directory Opus: An error occurred reading file or folder: no such file or directory." Pressing OK takes you back into the parent folder.

It seems OK here.

Do you see the problem on different FTP sites/servers, or only some?
