FTP SSH Unable to use OpenSSH SSH-2 private key (new format)

Basically the topic subject says it all. The same key works just fine with FileZilla, so it shows my settings are corrects, server and client side. I believe to have seen some existing discussions about this, so I am sure you already know about Directory Opus refusing to open this key new format.

So, my question is: when thi sis supposed to be fixed ? Should I try the beta ? I am on 13.9 now.

(There are many forum threads about this already.)

You can convert the key to the required format using PuttyGen.exe, one of the companion tools on the Putty website.

It's possible the server will still reject the key if it's configured to not allow any of the encryption algorithms Opus supports, which we don't have a workaround for at the moment. But not all servers are like that.

We're in the process of replacing our SFTP code with a new library but don't have an ETA yet. It's being worked on right now, having finally found a library which can transfer with good speeds over fast networks.

I did try to convert the key, without success. I can wait, as I have a solution with Filezilla, but it would be so much better if it was working with Directory Opus. Thanks for your work.
