I have purchased the DO 12 Pro subscription, and when I go to add a remote site with "FTP SSL and SSH support", I get an error saying "this feature is not enabled by your Program Certificate."
Is this a bug, or how can I access/enable this feature?
It’s one of the two optional add-ons you can enable via a one-off fee, which then enables it for all future versions.

Okay great thank you! One follow up question: once I start the free trial, how do I enable this feature in the software? I started the free trial, but it still raises this error.

You should have a new certificate file which you can download from the website. Install that into the program (Help > License Manager) to activate the extra functionality.
