FTP: UTF8 file names mangled if FTP server doesn't support SYST command

I am using Directory Opus 13.13, and when I used the FTP client to connect to the MEGAcmd ftp server, the UTF8 file names were mangled

After doing some investigation, it seems as the FTP server doesn't support the SYST command.

This means that Directory Opus never ends up sending the OPTS UTF8 ON command, and the UTF8 file names being sent by the FTP server are being mangled.

This issue would affect other FTP servers that don't support the SYST command, but do send UTF8 file names.

On the Server page of the FTP Address Book you can force UTF8 on on a per-site basis, if you know that the server sends UTF8 anyway.
