Yes, In German a word ending with an s doesn't indicate it is plural.
In English we are easily confused with the reverse.
Doppelkeks, a cookie is singular. The plural is Doppelkekse.

the problem is the "Orderformat" which should be "Ordnerformat"
the German word for "folder" is "Ordner", not "Order" ("n" missing)
